The New Zealand Improv Festival is a week of workshops and performances bringing together the NZ improv community and welcoming overseas improvisors to play and work together, sharing ideas, skills, and good times.

NZIF 2016 runs at BATS Theatre in Wellington from 3-8 October (workshops may start earlier) and includes social and networking events, as well as top quality workshops and performances.

Submissions close Tuesday 31 May.

Note: This submission process is for teachers and directors looking to lead workshops and performances. Once we have our programme confirmed, registrations will be opened for general participants. Fees apply for packages of workshops/performances, accommodation, and to cover costs of sweet treats like lanyards and t-shirts and drink specials. Did we mention there are lanyards?
